Dr. Sa Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Interactive Media program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. She teaches Data Visualization, Game Engines, Front-end Web Design/Dev, and Mobile Experience Design/Dev. Her co-developed game PIVOT won the Best In Show in 2014 Rooster Teeth Game Jam at Austin, Texas, and the game Alien Rescue received an Outstanding Practice Award by Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) in 2013. Most Recently, she received $75,920 in total from Harrisburg University Presidential Research Grant to study Mobile Game for Science Learning Science and How Mobile Phone Use Affects Millennials.
